Latest Software Version?

Can someone please let me know what the latest software version is? My wife’s MME hasn’t received an update since December so just wondering if I need to call the dealer. We have a 2022 Premium. Thanks.

Hang in there, @Ngkgb. OTA updates aren't sent on a recurring schedule. The longest quiet period between updates for my MY21 vehicle was 5.5 months.

If a dealer services the vehicle, this can also increase the delay between over the air updates as the dealer may have addressed the same software modules through their own tools during servicing.

7.0.2 is the latest known version.

What a huge disappointment. So glad we used Ford Options to be able to dump this thing next year.

"hearing"? or is it "reading". Hearing would have to be in person. Reading "could" mean many different things if you listen to politicians talk/preach/state....

My 21 Premium had a Feb. 3rd update. Still at 6.4.0

I got 6.7 in December. Wednesday it told me it had trouble installing 6.8. Plugged in the 12V battery charger to make sure that's good. Couldn't do it Thursday morning because the frunk was open. Oh well, just let it sit for a few days. Yesterday after grocery shopping, it failed when I started it after getting home because the rear hatch was open getting groceries out. Today went out and it updated successfully overnight. So, about 2 months after 6.7, 6.8 installed.
