Tried everything to access the car; keyfob, phone as a key, keypad. Tried to jump the access cables for the Frunk, tow company tried same thing, no luck. Guessing the battery terminal issue happened while sitting in parking lot.
I am getting a charge failed alert on my app even though we are not hooked up to a charger.

How do you know the 12v battery isn't dead? Does the keypad light up when you try to use it? Does it respond to the keyfob at all, like blinking the lights in acknowledgement, etc? If you pull to refresh the vehicle status in FordPass, does it update? Have you tried unlocking it from FordPass without PaaK?

What did you use to supply voltage to the bumper leads for the frunk? If you used a jump pack, it has to have an override so that it will supply voltage even when none is detected.

Yes to all. I can click the key fob lock button and the horn honks, the lights blink, interior lights come on. I touch the keypad, the lights turn on. My portable booster that I used to try to open the frunk gave me the battery is charged notification. My father was a mechanic and Auto tech teacher for 50 years, I know my way around a vehicle. I am in IT, may day consists of testing apps and hardware redundantly.
Did you have a solution or just trying to challenge my knowledge?

Just trying to get a handle on the situation, since I don't know you, internet stranger. But hey, if you're so smart, I guess you'll be able to figure it out on your own ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That statement is in the header, 'Locked out, 12v battery isn't dead.' My Dewalt 1400 battery pack is plenty and the tow company had their booster pack as well, neither worked.

I'm sure you already tried, this, I got locked out and locks wouldn't respond once, but was able to get in thru the liftgate?

I figured everything up to the point of the car is bricked and I cannot get in. Then I came here looking for the next step, not someone to question every step I listed as tested. If you are going to question someone's feedback, may open with, "just checking to see if these things happened, lights blinked when you used the keyfob..." not "how do you know.." might get a better reception.

Cool, thanks for telling me how to be less abrasive.

If you had a tow company there how come they didn't use an airbag to wedge the door and unlock it?

You've tried everything aside from a large rock. There's no other way to magically access the vehicle and, as was stated, the leads in the front will not do anything at all unless the battery is dead, which you've made clear it's not.

You are absolutely correct. It never hurts to ask. I tried everything that I could find in my research. Then I asked in a forum of enthusiasts in hope someone had experienced the same thing and here we are... not providing solutions, just picking things apart instead of saying, awwww man that sucks, sorry, can't help.
