I figured everything up to the point of the car is bricked and I cannot get in. Then I came here looking for the next step, not someone to question every step I listed as tested. If you are going to question someone's feedback, may open with, "just checking to see if these things happened, lights blinked when you used the keyfob..." not "how do you know.." might get a better reception.
Speaking as a person , who in a past life developed test procedures for highly-specialized, one-off spacecraft, it’s NORMAL to question and review the test procedures when an unexpected result is provided. I can’t tell you the number of times the test operator swore they followed the procedure to the letter, only to have it uncovered later that either a step was skipped or missing from the procedure. Please don’t take questions from others as personal assaults on your knowledge and skills ?

Well, first feedback from dealer tech is, we can't get in either, never seen this before, going to try a few more things....... hoping someone has an answer.
Maybe borrow one of Elon’s cyber truck steel balls? ?

This issue is definitely worrisome. I modified the right side faux charge port on my Lightning just for reasons like this. I added a set of jumper quick connects directly from the 12v and keep jumper cables tucked inside the huge front right wheel well cavity. But, this “defect” may be deeper than a physical work around and now I’m concerned I could have two bricks down the road.

As of now, the dealer tech cannot get in and is working with Ford to find a solution. Maybe my Mach E will be on the next iteration of engineering improvements as a case study.... I don't feel so bad that I couldn't get in now.
Please keep us posted. Would be great to hear some good news.

There is a good reason when you talk to an IT person the first thing they ask is if you hit the power button.

When trying to diagnose a cause, you start with the easy stuff just to rule it out. Plus it helps to know what the problem isn’t.

Like “are the batteries in your key fob low?” Kinda stuff.

Are you sure it is YOUR car you got towed to the dealer? ?
I was thinking the same thing but he did say the fob turned on the lights! I did see where a person could not get into their Tesla only to find theirs was parked two spots over!

That is the good thing about Ice Blue Mach E's... not many around the Denver Area.
