I think you're confusing entitlement with etiquette. True, your Tesla example of annoyed owners having a fit waiting on a Bolt would fall into the entitlement category. But it would do us all a favor if we politely and tactfully pointed out the do's and don'ts when charging. The Taycan owner IMO should attempt to educate the Bolt owner why he should move to the available 100kW plug in lieu of using the only 350kW plug. That's not because he owns a Porsche, it just makes sense.Someone has been reading the Taycan forums! I remember the post where some Taycan owner was not happy about finding a Bolt at a 350kW charger when a 150kW charger was empty.... If only that Taycan owner had six other friends to block the other 5 chargers so he could get a really fast charge! ???
That Taycan owner was out of line. Every Taycan buyer knows they will be part of the great equalizer where it doesn't matter how much money you spend on your car known as Electrify America. There is no members only club for Taycan owners like there is with Tesla owners and going by the already well known Tesla on Tesla hate by Tesla Karen's when the Superchargers are full, there is zero doubt that there will not be any Tesla Karen's freaking out when they pull up to a bunch of Superchargers filled with everything but Tesla's!
I've seen Tesla's pull into a V2 next to another Tesla on the same pairing when there were available stalls without a paired car. A polite explanation should ensure that newbie to avoid that faux pas in the future, just as it should educate the Bolt owner to pay more attention to the charging output when choices are available.
Another example that I hear a lot on public chargers is charging to 100% when it's not necessary. This is not isolated to Tesla, in fact I suspect it occurs way more often as a percentage on public sites due to the slower charging as well as free charging offered by VW. Visit the Bolt forum and you'll see it's a real point of contention.
