Lost Auto Unlock

I've seen discussion about this phenomena buried within other threads, but couldn't find solutions. Recently my auto unlock feature has quit working. I used to be able to walk up to the car, push the door button and it would open. Now I have to open the Fordpass app, push the button in there and wait. FOB works the same way. I have to push the unlock button on the FOB rather than have the car recognize the FOB upon approach. I'm at a loss.

Probably needs the BCM update. Can send me your vin if you want me to see if you have one available.

Would recommend pulling the 12v battery ground too to "power cycle" everything.

I pulled the 12v battery, but it didn't change. I have an appointment at the dealership in a few weeks. Hopefully they'll be able to fix it.

Recently my auto unlock feature has quit working.

Same happened to me. Autounlock stopped working about a week ago. (Early Jan 2022). Only thing I can think of triggering this is I recently got the power up 2.1 update. I'm going to take to dealership given it doesn't look like any quick fixes on the thread.

Now that explains why it stopped working for me also, be it the (2) fobs or PAAK
