Bingo! I don’t know why Ford put the connector upside down. Perfect to have water pool in it and seep into the connector as in my case.

Uh oh, well hopefully that can get fixed. I'm a bit surprised because that area should be fairly closed off from splashes. Were you driving through deep puddles or anything?

Not that I know of but I live in an area with lots of snow. It is still under warranty so back to the dealer. When the dealer replaces it I will see if I can rotate it upwards a bit so if water gets in at least it can drain out.

It is still under warranty so back to the dealer. When the dealer replaces it I will see if I can rotate it upwards a bit so if water gets in at least it can drain out.
And this is the dealer that told you that your car did not come with a low fluid sensor? I'd like to know what they say now. ?

Would anyone know the p/n of the pigtail on the vehicle side to replace the connector? WPT-xxxx? It looks like this. It is the C138 connector in the wiring diagrams.
