I have a 2021 Mach e Premium Extended Battery that seems to only charge the LVB when I’m L2 charging at home. Even when I drive for an hour and a half it doesn’t add any charge percentage. LVB percentage keeps gradually going down to 60%. It’s about that time when I recharge the HVB. After about 4 hours the LVB goes up to about 90%. Is this normal?

no, not normal.

you *should* see the 12v system voltage rise to 13.5+ volts when you turn the vehicle 'on', which will start charging the LV. If this is NOT happening, you need to head to dealership for diagnostic and warranty work.

@Administrator should probably move this thread out of marketplace as well....
