marketing manager for the Mach-E First Editions are eligible for A-plan and X-plan. Now what your dealer says or comes up with that is between you and your dealer.
Thanks! I think it may require some sort of notice to dealers to make it clear, though.

I like your confidence. However, if that were the case, why is the CA Route 1 listed? One could argue it's just a Select with the CA Route 1 trim.
I think it is a K1, K2, K3 and K4 issue.
Maybe whoever created the X plan chart originally thought the FE had it's own K number (VIN sequence). At some point it was realized that it doesn't so therefore no reason to have it listed separately on the chart?

Seems logical and plausible. The CR1 is K2 so that could be why it is listed.

EV Team told me that it will show up on the invoice when the dealer pulls it. I assume that happens at purchase time.

Can you help me understand if I need to do anything? I mean, dealer apparently doesn't know. So when you say "will show up on the invoice", does that happen automatically (in every invoice b/c usually dealers don't know if an X-Plan would be used or not) or the dealer needs to do something to make it show up (since it is a retail order)?

Depending on what the answer is I will just let it go and wait for the car to show up or keep bugging the dealer to do something about it...

no one has to do anything. the xplan price will be on the invoice. However, you do have to login to the ford partner website and generate a certificate. When you go to buy the car you'll need the certificate and proof of your x-plan eligibility. If you're an MCA member that means your MCA registration card that they mailed you

Got a response this morning from the EV Team. I'd say it's 95% reassuring that X-Plan is still good on First Editions, despite the website absence. I noted my Machdrop FE VIN# in the email, which is the "referenced below" vehicle they allude to. So they must have looked it up specifically.

"You should be fine. The First Edition referenced below will come to the dealer with an X plan price printed on the invoice, so no issues."
HAHA...nothing is more reassuring than "You Should Be Fine"

Thanks @timbop! I already have a PIN, so all set there - actually sent to dealer when confirmed the order... just wanted to confirm if I preemptively needed to do anything, happy that I don't! So I will let it ride for now...

So if any dealer refuses to accept the X plan, to hell with them!

For future orders, yes. Those already locked into a Mach-E order and anxiously waiting for it without starting all over are kinda stuck though.

We've gotten a few more reports that clarified it further (that Ford allows X-Plan on the FE), so we should be good. Looks like it's just coded as a Premium with FE option package.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but too much money... So here it goes... I just noticed (may be new on the site) that on my order for the Premium (which was never cancelled) the X-Plan is now referenced.

Since the Mach Drop orders were not entered online I don't have the same access to that order. Question is: does anyone with a FE order using any XYZ plan has this indicated on their online order?

None of the Machdrop buyers can even see the Machdrop order online in our Ford.com accounts. That's another one of the annoyances. The Machdrop orders were manually entered into the order bank by Ford, then handed off to our dealers. There's no connection to our ford.com accounts where we ordered our original (usually Premium) models first. (Which are still often still active to see, like you're seeing.)

So the short answer is No, none of us can see it online. We're all stuck relying on our dealers to show us our Machdrop order sheets, and for passing along the VIN# and build date when they see it on their end.

And, the online VIn tracking doesn't show any build date, even though Ford says it's scheduled for 1/4..(still says in processing)
