How are you getting your rail car info?!? I’ve chatted with ford.com (US site) almost every day and the don’t have any rail info. For the last two weeks they say it’s in MO. That’s it. Other Canadian members with the same build date tracked theirs right through Calgary (where I live) to their final destination, yet no one can provide me the rail car info, no matter how I ask.

I got mine through the Ford.com website. That said, in the past few weeks, they’ve also put themselves behind a geofence blocking non US access. Your dealer however should also be able to see it via the Vehicle Visibility Report.

Received the Mustang Mach E on 8/30/22. Total waiting ~13 months.

It looks like my car is being transported by Kansas City Southern Railway on a railcar owned by the Crab Orchard and Egyptian Railroad. No one seems to have tracking info except Ford. They say the railcar is in Laredo, TX. I think another railroad will move the rail carrier to San Antonio where the car will go on a truck. I did learn that the Crab Orchard and Egyptian Railroad was the last in the US to use only steam power. They didn't get diesels until 1986. Maybe that will be useful trivia if I am ever on a game show.

The time line to date:

Initial production schedule: Week of 15JUL22
First schedule revision (Parts shortage?): Week of 1AUG22
Second schedule revision (Contactor fix?): Week of 15AUG22
Started production: 17AUG22
Released from production: 19AUG22

I did a search and found only bits and pieces of the answer, so... Can someone explain to me how the "AsBuilt" webpage data (Module Build Data) works? What I am looking and and what it means? Attached is a screen shot of what I see for my car, which has been assigned a production week of 10/24/22. I assume it is normal to not have many modules ready yet that far in advance anyway, but I would reeeeeaaaallly appreciate if someone could give me quick lesson on what I should expect to see on this? Other than the VIN (which I blacked out), none of the rest of the page is meaningful, and the file to download is a '.ab' which I am not familiar with either. Thanks!

Mine? Ford website reported "built" status on Feb 15, 2022. --- You may not believe it.. But YES, it was set for Build Week of Oct.4, 2021, Finish building on Feb. 15, 2022. Received the car on 8/30/2022.
My case could be a rare case -- wish it will not happen to other buyer any more. Overall, ordered on 7/28/21, Received car on 8/30/22. Total 13 months + 2 days.

Thats a loooong time to wait. Ours was just built week of 8/29 and shipped 9/7. It was ordered 2/7/22. Expected week of 10/17 to be delivered.

It’s coming via rail according to the window sticker. Guess I can try tracking it.

My Mach E has been stuck in a lot in Port Newark New Jersey and I'm waiting for it to be delivered to my dealer in Manchester, NH. It has been there since Sept. 20th... Is there anything I can do to find an *actual* delivery date or move things along? My delivery date has been pushed twice now...

Tracking BNSF Rail Car-Help!

I received a RC# from Chat, it is BNSF Rail Car#TTGX696405. But since there is no way to track BN, I tried CSX, they gave me rail car info that was months old didn't help.

Can someone help me track the above rail car or provide a link to track, my Ford dealer ord#4639, Vin#3FMTK3SS6NMA40106?
