I'm trying to understand how MME alarm sensors work. I recently left my dogs in the car for a few seconds and the alarm went on. So I'm trying to understand where the sensors are and how they are triggered. Are there vibration sensors, light sensors, something else?
Todays I discovered that if you lock the car with driver (perhaps other) window open, then it's enough to stick your hand inside the car to trigger the alarm. You don't even need to touch anything. So I think there must be a light sensor somewhere. Try it for yourself.
