My Mustang Mach-E quickly showed me that owning an EV is easy and you can take long trips. Then I needed a new second car. So I wrote an article on getting that second EV...a Mini Cooper S EV. Ford guys so what about a second car EV?

Not a car but its an EV and it gets me around town! I would prefer a Truck for a 2nd EV.

For now, I'm definitely keeping my ICE and the MME will fill the SUV-Family Car need and be a test bed for living with an EV

I'm not sure if I will replace my ICE with a second EV when lease expires either, will probably go for another ICE 2-seater just because I still enjoy driving one so much.

Then, again if I win the lottery and could afford an Audi e-Tron GT or Porsche Taycan (which are the only EV's that I consider come close to the good looks and handling of my ICE) I would reconsider.

I have a reservation in for the Lightning.

Still trying to get my butt into an MME. Will replace a Golf with the MME (or an ID.4 if we can't test drive an MME before the ID.4 is built).

Will keep a Tacoma for a year or so while we evaluate the Lightning for long-distance towing, camping, boondocking, general work, etc.

Hoping to be all electric by 2025.
