This looks cool as a proof of concept, I think there's a lot of limitations on an implementation though. Imagine this at a place like Disney as a thing you could do at their outdoor mall area. People get to have an experience and also drive an EV for the first time possibly.

CarPlay atm I think only supports controlling HVAC fan speeds, not temp or heated seats, unless they figured out a way to integrate it with the Sync system. They have been teasing that Apple wanted more access to more controls with CarPlay, so maybe that's what they expect to happen.
