It’s on the left side of the license plate. When the hatch is open you look up and see it - it lights up. On my ‘24, there is only the one switch that you feel for and press when the hatch is closed.
Yes, Steve (HuntingPudel), Joe (JoeyD) and I, added that switch back into our ‘24‘s. Steve and I posted how to do this last year.
It is additional to the center switch that is accessible when the liftgate is closed. As @Tampamike said it’s an illuminated switch. It is only accessible when the liftgate is open. It is on the bottom edge of the liftgate when closed, on the left. On 2024s and newer you will see a blank block-off plate where the switch is in older cars. Some of us have added the switch back in to our 2024s.
If you don’t have a power liftgate, you wouldn’t have that button.
