Mach-E GT in Brazil - no PAAK

Hi folks,

Just received my Mach E GT 23 yesterday and for my suprise I don’t have the PAAK setup option on my FordPass app.

My phone is an iphone 15 pro max with iOS 17.2.1

Some tip about this? Maybe is related to some country feature restriction like blue cruise (not enabled here)?

When I first setup I had to remove the car from the app then re-add and then the Paak setup option appeared.

Could also be a regional issue but I don’t have any insights into that.

Be sure Bluetooth is enabled on phone.

Does the car have connected services working correctly? During PAAK, the car generates a key that is pushed to the phone for authentication. This requires the connected services to be working properly.

I found the information from another MME owner here in Brazil that currently is not avaliable and Ford is working on this. Anyway I will contact Ford to see if they have some ETA to make avaliable.
