Any vehicle? Even a vehicle that weighs 2.5 tons?Any vehicle that goes 0-60 in under 4 seconds needs at least 275 width tires to grab the road.

Heh, in. 1965, Car and Driver tested a full-size Pontiac Catalina 2+2 at 3.9 0-60. Yes, the car was a Bobcat, so it was much crazier than a bone-stock car. The tires, however were far less than a 275 section width, being 8.25x14 tires. I’m sure that the test car had some sort of street and strip tire, making them far stickier than any street tire.<snip>

Ugh I really hope he's wrong. I think the website says it's covers and not the actual wheel.Had an extra day in Chicago, so I made my way to the Auto Show. According to the Ford rep, those are the wheels, not aero covers.
Its a bit blurry, but kinda looks like a traction control off button.Sorry if this is a repeat but did anyone notice there is an extra button on the GT. I believe someone from Ford in a YouTube video I saw said there would be a button there to turn off stability and traction control but no other trim level would have it so I’ve been looking for a picture that shows it and found one earlier in this thread….
I REALLY hope he is wrong also.Ugh I really hope he's wrong. I think the website says it's covers and not the actual wheel.
When you zoom in the black area does seem to be separated from the wheel too.
Dealer salesmen and random auto show flunkies just say stuff. I give it no credence whatsoever. Obviously that's a wheel with a cover on it.I REALLY hope he is wrong also.
