My 2022 Mach E premium literally shut down 8/17/23, had to get it towed to the ford dealership only to be told there is nothing wrong with my car. This past weekend, I went to the store came out to my car opened the back loaded up my purchases closed the back, and put my cart back. In the less than 60 seconds it took me to take my cart back my car was completed shut down, side mirrors folded in and blinking, and a kicking sound was coming from the car........
I spent hours in the parking lot, only for ford to tell "Sorry your car looks fine on the computers here, you need to get it towed to the dealership". I finally opened the frunk and tried to jump my car which got it to turn back on. I bought a new battery as well, but when I had the old battery checked they said the battery was good......... I checked the recalls and my VIN isn't part of any recall..........
Please does anyone know why this is happening? Or what I am doing wrong..........I can't have a car that will just shut down whenever for no reason, leaving me stranded. and ford telling me they have no clue.
