Very sad. I got my vehicle back from dealership exactly in same condition I gave them. Initially, it was hard to convince them that there is a problem and now they tell me they have contact Ford and are waiting for response whatever that means. I need to take my vehicle back once ford responds.

I'd take it to another dealer. Sunnyvale Ford seemed to know what they were doing.

Update: dealer called and someone from Ford is coming to take a look on Monday . Hopeful again.

Finally got my car back today and bluecruise is working. Anderson at Sunnyvale was helpful in providing me updates. Reading their notes I don’t know if they could have done anything else to get the car updated.

Glad it is back. How long was it at the dealer getting repaired?

This time 5 days with success. Failed attempts 3 and 4 days.

Sunnyvale Ford knows what they are doing with the MME and Anderson was great in responding quickly via their text messaging system for me.
