Hey guys! Mach e is still in the shop it’s about to be 3 months for the “Stop Safely now” message and no body at the dealership can tell me what’s wrong with the vehicle. A lot of miscommunication between the dealership and FORD corporate about my car. One person telling me one thing the other another.

What do you guys think I should do? Tow it to another dealer or is it time to get a lemon law attorney?

In most states (probably all, but I am hedging my bet here since I don’t know about any but my own) you’ve exceeded the minimum amount of time in shop for a repair so that you can be considered for a lemon or buyback. That said, it’s curious that there are miscommunications between Ford and the dealer that have taken so long. The dealer should have seen the same code that Lee pulled. Ford’s field rep should have seen the same code. There should be a clear course of action for them to take with regard to that code. ?‍♂?

EXACTLY! So they kinda just brushed it off when i told them! they just updated me now saying they ordered a brand new battery to see if that’s the issue….
What route should I go guys? Should I push a buy back from FORD? Or just go to a lawyer

I would start with asking them for a buy back. If they refuse, it’s lemon law time. ??
