Mach e will not update

So there was an OTA update attempted on Jan 7 and was unsuccessful. Got an alert on Fordpass that it will try again at the next regularly scheduled update time. I have not seen any update attempts since then. I have the car set on auto update and set the time to every morning at 3 am. Are there anything else I need to do to get the update going again?

Ours just went through three consecutive updates across three days, I think 3.6, 4.1.1, and 4.1.2. Completed while my wife was out driving today. She got her camera button she’s been wanting since day one. So far all is good. Sure hope my profiles will load correctly from here on. Have not done the TSB involving “Profiles” yet. Like the update!

Nope. Nothing happens for a month now.

No. Driving the car frequently is the best way to keep the 12V above 80%.

Driving atleast 30 min- 45 min a day helps with 12 v SOC being above 80 percent

When we first got our MME an OTA failed, the car tried to apply an OTA update that it already got from the factory. Not sure how old your car is or if that might apply, but the reason code in Oasis showed that it failed because it was already on that version. May have been the case for you but without a VIN I don't know.

If your car is older though, like six months or so at least, that probably wasn't it.

Got the car back in July of last year. The last successful update was back in Nov for 21B36. The next update was the unsuccessful update in Jan and no update since.
