Making the 12V socket always on

Have a travel fridge and would like to leave it running overnight in the Mach-E when travelling.
When the car is locked, the sockets stay on for about 30 mins, then turn off (even when drawing current). Is the a way or a simple fix/mod to get them to stay 'always on'?

Well that's a totally pain. You've got a huge battery in the car; you'd think the designers would make it easy to share the juice!

Something of a hack, but could you schedule the car to precondition a few times overnight to get the power running periodically? I've done this once while sleeping with the seats down to keep the air fresh and cool. Software currently limits to two preconditions per day, but setting at 10pm, 11:59pm, 2am and 4am (for example) may give you just enough power to keep the fridge cool until you wake up.

Suspect will have to hard wire a piggy-back cable from the fuse box. Does anyone have a recommendation of the best fuse number to use...that's on the body control/seat well fuse layout and is always on (https://fuse-box.info/ford/ford-mustang-mach-e-2021-fuses)?
I'm guessing there's someone out there who's already fixed this annoyance?

For what it's worth, the two per day limitation is for scheduled departures. It would be admittedly tedious, but while you're awake you can continue to reschedule a rolling window throughout the day.

Might cover me in the short term, but a fairly regular camper and I will forget. It will be a disaster to return to the car after a full day out and have to suffer a WARM beer!

I wouldn't wish that fate on anyone. It's also reliant on you and your car being in cell range, which is not generally something you can count on while camping.

If you have the means, how about one of those Duracell Power Source battery electric generators I've seen in Costco. Might be more convenient. Website says it will run a full sized fridge for 5 hours, so a mini should last at least all day or night.
