Not sure this is the same for everyone, but for me, I open the glove box, and take out the owner's manual. That is how I access it..

1) Center screen of car.

2) FordPass (when they add it back)

3) Owner.ford.com. Downloadable in PDF format, or usable in HTML.

how do you access the Mach E car manual? New owner

First I'd like to say that a printed manual is not the answer because one update obsoletes the printed version.
The online version which can be accessed on the large screen and searched with keywords.
I doubt if they keep this up-to-date. However it is better than keeping a printed version in the car.
On my release the upper left on the screen is a bunch of dots. Click on this and you will find the owners manual.

Same here and while it may not be updated like the later ones, you can easily read it without using a computer, phone, etc. anywhere and I don't have to be sitting in the car.
