We’re reaching out to make you aware of pricing changes that have been implemented by Electrify America®, which are reflected in the BlueOval Charge Network. On August 17, 2023, Electrify America shifted from uniform energy or time‑based pricing nationwide to a station‑specific pricing model and resumed charging for idle fees at most nationwide charging stations. With prices continuing to fluctuate across the country, be sure to check the FordPass® App and charger for pricing information before you start charging. Thank you.

The thing is, EA has not changed any pricing yet, except for the Pass+ fee. I did 9 charges on EA after Aug 17 and every site was still 0.36/kwh.
