Missing Electrify America in FordPass Plug & Charge settings

New owner, enabled Plug & Charge in the FordPass app and it only lists Greenlots, sort of expecting Electrify America would be there as well. Tried chatting via the app but the ‘Guide’ didn’t have a clue and just wanted to help me find a charging station.?‍

Have tried disabling/re-enabling in the app but no change. So far the FordPass app has underwhelmed me so any ideas are welcome.

Give it some more time, we had the same problem but now EA shows up in the Fordpass App. Note: It took 10 days for our Plug and Charge to activate!

When we got the car in a February, it seemed like every change to the app or account took some time - like a day or more to take hold. I guess Ford computers or approvers are slow. Everything eventually worked without further intervention.

We just had our first successful plug and charge today! We have had the car for 1 month and just turned over 1,000 miles today as well. My Wife insisted on getting that milestone for herself! Lol

I traded in a Model 3 for the Mach-E so need to get my SC-like fix and only EA locations are nearby. Even though I had two years of free SC with my Tesla, I rarely used it but need to show the wife that DCFC works and will get better and better.

Just an update, i had two Ford accounts after the first one would crash the FordPass app before getting to the Home tab, effectively locking me out. Seems the EV credits were tied to the original account so Ford reset something so I could log in using my original account.

Quirky issue but now I have my Electrify America credits and Plug & Chatge works. All good for the time being…
