Cars have an inverse relationship to price and reliability in the buyer's mind.

Someone buying a cheap car often needs it to run every day or they don't get to work. They likely don't have a second or third vehicle. So, yeah, it damn well better work.

Conversely, someone who can buy a Maserati probably has a backup ride.

The MME kind of straddles these lines. I know it's a concern for me because I only own one ride at a time, even if I could afford a second vehicle. The car bricks, and the dealership say's "I dunno", well, I'm screwed.

And MME's have bricked!
Been a struggle here. Have had two different rentals (had to complain to corporate and go beyond the customer care rep to get the second rental), and I only have the rental until the loaner is available, which is supposed to be Wednesday. At least I have had alternate transport, but I had to fight for it.

Congrats on paying obscene taxes and seeing everything crumbling regardless? That's a weird logic.
I’m confused by your animosity. I’m genuinely happy for people who get larger incentives than I do. If your state is gonna dole it out, get yours while the getting is good.
