Did you order the mobile EVSE? It's not standard.

It's a $500 option on 2024's. It's a $600 option on 2025's and includes the DCFC adapter.

On the '23 and '24s it is the "Mobile Charge Cord", '21 and '22 it was included. on '25s, of which none have been delivered to customers yet, it is the "Mobile Charging Kit". So if you have a '23 or '24 model year and it's not listed as a $500 option on your window sticker, then you don't get one.

My guess is that your car did not include one and it wasn't specified in the build, they don't really go missing as they're located in the rear storage compartment in their bag. If the car is supposed to have it, but did not come with it from the dealership, then get on that and make them supply it or give you a check back for the $500 missing option.

If it was not optioned for your car, as is most likely the case, you're best off to just order a good third-party one anyway. The Ford one, which is a rebranded unit from Webasto, is not that great.

That's unfortunate. When did you buy the car? And was the issue brought to the dealership's attention right away?

I hope you brought it up before you left the dealership and they documented this. If they can’t find it/ don’t have it, you are due back the $500 for the unit, plus any applicable sales tax. As stated above the factory unit has a poor reputation for durability, as it has thermal issues. For a portable unit, I bought a Tesla Mobile Connector. It is capable of charging at 24A via an optional 10-30 pigtail (which is why I bought it) but you need a Tesla Destination Adapter (I already had one made by Lectron, but there is also TeslaTap, A2Zev, and a few others). It comes with a 14-50 and a 5-15 pigtail for charging at 250V/32A and 120V/12A respectively. ??

Did you look under the floor in the rear deck?

If it’s not there, try to get the dealer to either give you cash or a credit to use for service or accessories. Youā€˜re better off with a different option as outlined by @HuntingPudel .
