Your car has not shipped. The 23 days is the estimated time it takes to get from the factory to your dealer. 2 weeks on a train to KC, and another week to get to you (if you're lucky). Mine sat in KC for almost 2 weeks.

Have you used the order tracker on here? It's a little more straightforward.
