Trying to complete my purchase online and i want ford options. However every time I click it, it says “serieswers is mandatory” and wont let me proceed with the purchase online.

any thoughts?

Another thought. Ford's website is crap.
I know it is but i just dont want to be screwed over by my dealer. They are selling a base mach E GT for $20k above sticker so i feel like they are going to try something silly. I cant tell you how much i absolutely hate the dealerships.
At least online I can see EXACTLY what it should be with fees, reg, etc and the actual payment it should be.

Looks like in the APR section there isn’t anything available. Maybe they haven’t updated the December incentives?

Call your dealer. I didn’t even know you could complete your purchase online.

I’ve previously spoken directly with two people from eCommerce. They recommended that people having issues call the Customer Relations Center (800-392-3673). This customer relations team is able to open a ticket that will be seen by the eCommerce team and will be better able to track the problem and provide feedback.

I ran into the same problem. In my case, I reached out to the sales person I was working with and their finance guy ended up taking my info and completed the process. The biggest issue was that I had a credit block I put on Experian that took a phone call to resolve. It worked out well. That happened this past Monday.

This is a shot in the dark, but that looks like a JavaScript error on the page (what with the "undefined /mo APR"). Try another browser - maybe a desktop browser, and turn off all extensions, ad blockers, etc.

Their site is crap and I think this part is broken on purpose. When I bought my GTPE a couple of months back I received the same error message and it was across 8 browsers, three operating systems, and two different platforms. Others reported the same error message and I do not recall anyone getting it resolved.

I know, I know. When you go through this process you have to talk to the level 1 and 2 support people first before they will put in a ticket. Painful but necessary.

I had a 45 minute conversation with an eCommerce manager about this very process and while they agree it takes jumping through some hoops at first, the ticket ends up getting to the right people.

Last time I sent over an email directly to the people I know in eCommerce it caused a big stir. There was a meeting called with about 20 people involved and they pulled developers off of other work to look at the issue I raised. But if a ticket would have been put in with Customer Relations then the eCommerce team could have had the appropriate people looking into the problem sooner.

It could be that.

Last time I think it was an issue with the eCommerce site not connecting to the site that stores the program rates/incentives. At least that's what my contacts said. I wasn't involved with the diagnosis or the fix.

I really don't see what the problem is. Just select SeriesWers, and select Bumfumies and Flegermogie also. A small price to pay for having a Mach-E, no?

Gotta love the developer that thought that error message was ok...
