New Charge Schedule Issue

I had a charge schedule set and working fine for years. We recently moved and I needed to set a new one. I left the original as I might need it until that house sells.

So, I set a new location after charging here once. The schedule was different from the original, yet the car followed the original times.

I deleted both and just set one. The car wanted to charge immediately when I plugged in after that.

I set the schedule up in the car. What have I done wrong? Does it need to charge again once since I deleted the location?

yes you need to charge again at the new location. Then it should show up and enable you to save it.

Welp.........let it charge last night. Saved the location this morning..........still starts to charge as soon as plugged in......but.......only charges to 80%, which is what the schedule dictates. It should wait till 10p and stop at 7a. ?‍

Same problem with mine...

Plugged in yesterday and it immediately started to charge. Stopped it via the app and let it sit to see if it would follow the schedule ands tart at 10p. Woke up this morning and it appears to have worked as scheduled.

Now, we wait and see if it tries to start charging again when plugged in. fingers crossed it's back to normal again.

You need to slowly approach the car. Gently open the charge port door. Softly whisper into the charge port, 'you're home now, you're safe, you don't need to charge right now'. Then plug in.

Little update...............

This morning I made a short trip and when I returned home I plugged the car back in as I always do and went in the house. I checked the app......and lo and behold......it had not started to charge immediately. It actually said it was waiting until 10p as per the schedule

I'm not gonna declare it fixed just yet...........but it seems it may have decided to just follow the dang schedule
