New PaaK Survey

In the 10K+ miles that I have on my car, I can say that PAAK is the only thing that actually works quite well. I had an issue 1 time and a simple phone reboot fixed that.

Hi, I live in Denmark and here PAAK has a frunk release button, and it works fine, like rest of PAAK, I love it.

Europeans always get all the good stuff. Here in ‘murca, we just get the leftover dregs.

The question of do you often travel without your wallet or purse may be an indication they are looking at a card system. PAAK lags too much and the key FOB is too clunky

A card wouldn’t offer the same functionality. For example, you can’t remote start with a card. I’d rather see them invest in the Apple Watch app

Why would anyone say that would be Very Happy if PaaK was discontinued? Nobody is forced to use it.

Agree. PaaK is completely non functional for me. I try it every day and I can count on one hand the times it let me into the car over the past 3 months.

I leave my fob in the car (manually lock the car every time I exit). I have to use the door pillar code.

Even then....I would not be very happy if it was discontinued. Is there a take it or leave it vote option?

I don't plan on using PAAK. Makes no difference to me what they do.

Singing the same old song and saying I'd love PaaK if it was the Connected Car Consortium's Digital Keys standard; AKA Apple Car Keys and the Android equivalent.

That way Ford doesn't have to build the system soup-to-nuts and get more features than they offer now. Added benefits include: Sending key access to others, keys work even if phone or watch is completely out of power, etc.

What I worry about is the conclusions of the survey will conflate the legit dissatisfaction of current PaaK and assume people reject the concept of PaaK.

I took the survey yesterday and I chose the option which related to having problems with PAAK, yet the survey didn't ask me which type(s) of issue I was having.

If they take the paak away they should provide a credit card size keyfab like Tesla does. These giant size keyfabs are a pain.

I love PaaK. I have used it exclusively since day one.
Much better than my i4. You have to hold the phone to the door handle to lock and unlock. You have to put it on the wireless charger to start the car.
