2023 Mach-E GTPE with what appears to have the classic HVBJB issue. Called 4 dealerships and the best they could do was someone looking at it in 2 weeks and no dealership had a loaner. Called Ford Customer Service and the best they could do was $40/day on a rental that was a Ford but couldn't find any so I would still be paying out of pocket.
This feels insane to me. Every single person from Ford at both dealerships and Customer Service has basically said there is nothing they can do because its not their problem. Ford still sells them though. So the end game is just to keep selling faulty cars until service departments collapse? At this point I guess I just wait for them to drag their feet so long it's a lemon but I'm still out a car.
I had to lemon my Polestar 2 but at least they always kept me in a car. Is there any other option I'm missing?
