Shortly after I completed 1 year without updates, things started to happen again. But my car's OTA trajectory is like a drunk man trying to walk a straight line. Some go through easily, half ends up not completed and retried later. 6.3.0 is another one. Waiting to be retried.
But I will take it. At least, there's progress.
And I find it hard to believe this was related to 12V issues. It was after a many hours long road trip. I assume the 12V had plenty of charge.

I got 5.1.1 then one called “Smart changes” then 6.2.0.
Got 6.4.0 (Ford Power-Up) last night. That's four updates in a couple of weeks. Weird thing is I don't really see any changes. Still have the center speedo. I noticed my auto fold mirrors no longer work even after re-enabling them.

What's the latest update? Am I there yet?

I bought a used 2022 Premium Extended Range last September. I processed an update 4.2.2 the first week I had the vehicle and got nothing until about 2 weeks ago. I went to Hawaii for 8 days and had the vehicle sitting in long term parking at LAX. When I drove home I noticed that I got 5.1.1 while I was away. I"m wondering when I'll get any subsequent updates as I feel I'm way behind here.

I am still not having Sync version 6 on my 2021. Went to the dealership today, they manually updated a few modules, as they said, but not the Sync. So frustrating. Dealership looks at the update screen on my car and says "it says no updates available". Period. Just because the car thinks there are no updates available?
How the heck will I ever get the 6.x on my screen?? Is ther no way anymore to do it manually using a flash drive, as backup option?

You are not alone. Still no OTA updates for me.

You can either have the dealer update manually, pay for an FDRS setup to do it yourself, or just wait for whenever Ford fixes their server end issue.

The only good news is there aren’t really any meaningful features we are missing.

It happened! 18 months of no updates and I got 5.1.1 today! Ford finally updated things on the server side for my VIN.
Wow guess I should not complain about no updates. My car got 5.1.1 in October 2023. That was a long haul getting that straightened out. How did it eventually happen?

Yay! After a six-month stretch of no updates I *seriously* considered doing my own; I admire your patience.
I did have the dealer do manual updates the two times I was in for recalls. And until very recently, I wasn’t really missing any features of substance. Hopefully the updates will come quick and I can try out the new Bluecruise.

Working with someone from Ford and they kept pushing to get it done.

Apparently it’s a server side issue and has to be manually fixed one car at a time.

That makes some sense, I've updated with FDRS but still a bit away from the latest Sync, so something holds it back.

Ditto on the recent same update, 18 month wait and my car is exactly the same as yours.

I had recently bought the power supply and mongoose plus to update but going to hold off after receiving 2 in 2 weeks.

So I have been one of the summer of 2023 lockouts. I am a 2022 premium ER AWD. In the past 16 days I have received six updates. I have the current Sync and I have blue Cruise 1.3. I guess they just finally got my VIN straightened out in the OTA software. So for all of you who are wondering if it will ever happen I believe it will.

Nice!

Now I’m stuck for over a week on 6.1.2 but at least there has been progress!
