Dropped my car off Tuesday for the 22B08 CSP that the dealer actually called and scheduled. When I got there the 21G01 update was also listed on the work order. I drove home in the Explorer XLT loaner and have been waiting patiently for a phone call. I finally gave up and called a few minutes ago and was told "The tech is having a hard time running that program. He's tried it a couple times and he's talked to the hotline. Can we keep it through tomorrow?" I told him to keep it until it's fixed, however long that takes. I can see from the Securialerts where the door has been opened a few times each day but only for small windows of time. It was last opened at 1:08 today.
