Still no OTA update for me. The gateway module has not come in yet and this is what I got from my ford service advisor.

“My parts guy called the vendor. They have these parts, but Ford has to provide them with programming for them and what they have is corrupt. Appearently this has been a known issue with this component and programming since Novemeber of 21. There isn't any estimates for shipment at this time.”

I guess now we will be looking at what our options are for a car that they can apparently not fix.
Since I got it back May 27 from having the windshield/roof recall done. My pre collision assist is not working, front camera fault, lane assist not working, no cruise control. My husband finally got ahold of Ford and got a case number.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Well setting aside the gateway module for a second...all the things you describe are normally handled by the IPMA which is supposed to get a camera re-alignment after the windshield is replaced. And I just checked your work history and that procedure was never done. If your service writer says it was ask them to show you where in the work history. Cause I can't find it anywhere.

This means the tech has to take his laptop in your car and run the alignment while the car is on a road with lines and hold the car steady in a straight line until it says it's done.

Also, the only software update you have pending right now is the Body Controller Module (BCM).

I would reengage vigorously and thoroughly to get your IPMA camera re-alignment done.

On the GWM you're waiting for...if you've ever played the game "telephone", that's what it's like when the service writer gets info from the parts guy who got the latest fairy tale from the distribution center who swears they saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night, and that "I guess it's pretty serious"... I take all that with a very healthy dose of skepticism.

Got a call late this afternoon that my car is ready to pick up. Didn't want to fight 15 miles of rush hour traffic from N. Myrtle Beach to Myrtle Beach since all the tourists are in town so I'll get it in the morning. Got an email with this in the description:
Ford Mustang Mach-E OTA 1.7.1 Stuck, anyone else have issue updating? 1654655715916

Not very specific about what recalls they're referring to so I hope they did everything in the 21G01 update and the 22B08 CSP.
Here's my VIN 3FMTK3R76MMA08773, in case anyone has the time and the inclination to check the state of my car. I feel like a moocher asking for this info. so many times but it's helpful. Thanks!

Impressive. May 31st to today, working solidly everyday to update and sort stuff out. They ran the procedure to get you unstuck (Module Repair) and updated every module (and as you know with BlueCruise you update some repeatedly until you are very tired). And it looks like they actually followed the sequence for the most part.

You have no updates pending at all and I suspect that you'll find everything in order when you pick your car up.

Thanks so much for the good news! I never know what to expect, they always seem like they're really trying their best, nice to see they were successful.

I got messages each day from Securialert that the hood was opened or the driver's door was opened. Late today there was a message that my complimentary 1-year subscription to BlueCruise was activated.

That’s positive, you’ll enjoy it. There will be a few changes to adjust to, hope it goes well.
Got mine back a week ago and it goes great, for essentially same thing.

My car is scheduled to go in for the 22B08 ECM repair and the 21G01 modules update, I'm hoping to be just as impressed.
I want to try BlueCruise and finally receive OTA updates.

Picked up my car and BlueCruise worked on Hwy. 31, Carolina Bays Parkway between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. It did well except in wide, sweeping turns it wasn't super smooth, tended to turn in "stages" instead of one smooth turn. Overall, though, it worked well. It was hard to get a good picture of what the display looked like but the whole instrument panel had a blue tint to it. I'll attach a picture of it and the Sync version page as well. Really happy to get it back!

☝??

She is going in on Friday to get the camera realigned. That should get us back to the original problem of no OTA updates.

Here is a screen shot of My widget. I have all the auto updates turned on in my car. And have them scheduled.

We actually have gotten ahold of Ford customer service and now have a case number. Maybe that will help.

Can you look and see if my car has ever done an OTA update?

Got my car back after taking it back into the dealer. This time they say they've done the recall again to unstick my car, and also updated the modules they didn't take care of last time for CSP 21P22.

Still not seeing 1.7.1 or any other OTA just yet, and it's been about a week.

Well, after failing the 1.7.1 update on 10/14/21 and being stuck in limbo for 7.5 months, I was surprised to find that my FE successfully upgraded 1.7.1 this afternoon on its own. We'll see if other Power Ups follow, crossing fingers...
It's official, Power-Up 2.1.0 installed this morning, so my car is receiving OTA's now without going to the dealer to get "unstuck"

@Mike G can you help me with 3FMTK3RM9MMA19594
The dealership can't figure out why blue cruise isnt working, they say that they updated everything, yet the car won't even enable the hands on the wheel lane centering anymore.
Hi there! Send a message to us with your VIN and the name & location of your Ford dealership, along with some more details about your situation. I’ll look into this for you. Thanks!

My Job1 MME has been at the dealer all week for procedure to unstick 1.7.1 and install Blue Cruise. Dealer just called and said it is done and all was successful.

Other than a bunch of alerts for open doors and alarms, I have received nothing new in FordPass and no BlueCruise notification. The dealer did not test BC because there is no approved highway close to them. The stats in the widget all appear to be the same as before.

Would someone with FDRS be willing to run my VIN to verify the car is updated before I drive 90 minutes to go pick it up?
