I'm sure a few of us have had OTA issues - long story short - I was stuck at 1.7.1 and it failed a few times and eventually it managed to update all the way to 2.7.1 where it's at now. The dealership I'm in contact with seems to have no clue how to resolve this and they didn't have the equipment and so they had to order it in after I contacted Mach E customer care...
I've been trying to get the dealership to check if the car is ok now and updating but they won't give me a clear answer, so wondering if anyone here can log on and check if I give a VIN?
I just have no confidence with the dealership, I think they will just screw it up and waste my time unfortunately... and hopefully not brick the vehicle!
