Not having any issues at all on my '25 but I sure hope these latest updates come thru on mine, this is very exciting...

I took my '25 to my dealer recently for ONE dealer software update (not OTA), they showed me that mine needed 11 -ELEVEN software updates.

They went thru the list of necessary updates on-screen and in-detail with me.

Group 1 Ford in Kennesaw, GA has a state-of-the-art system for the Mach-E and lightning.
Do they keep your car ~3 days for every thing? The experience I’ve had with Hennessy in Chamblee is a minimum of 3 days because a tech will not look at it same day. I’ve been told the appointment is with the advisor, not the techs. So they are taking in more cars per day than service can handle so everything is backed up. Never dealt with service that can’t at least diagnose a problem the day of the appointment. Was without my car for a week because the TCU module (modem) needed replacement.

I’ve been told the appointment is with the advisor, not the techs. So they are taking in more cars per day than service can handle so everything is backed up. When I took my car in for the 10,000-mile maintenance with Angela Krause Ford in January this year, I was hoping that I could get the software update recalls knocked out while I was at it. They wanted to hold onto my car for three days if I wanted the software updates done and had me schedule mobile service instead. So much for trying to be efficient. 🙄

I brought my car in on Friday (unfortunately) got it back on Tuesday. If I brought it in early Monday I would’ve likely got it back on Tuesday or Wednesday

Yeah it’s really dumb how they schedule nowadays. I was very disappointed they didn’t begin working on it until Monday. I’ll never do that again. But they did a good job.l and installed all 11 updates. I tracked it all weekend and made sure no one took a Joy ride. lol
