Palsapp delivered just means the Jack Cooper guys moved it from one train yard to the next. Still hast to make its way to your local depot then get on a truck to the dealership (unless you live really close to KC).

My Delivered on date from palsapp is the same and I don't have my car yet either. On the bright side, it appears to be only a six hour drive away in Salt Lake City, but it has been there for about a week.

Did you get the email to complete your purchase yet?

No, but I don't expect it from Ford, based on all previous experience. They have scheduled processing jobs for that, it's not event driven.

Mine took 13 days from Mexico to Kansas City. Now in a black hole. I've asked my dealer for a VVR.

Thanks Eric. I was planning on calling my dealer for an update today, even before I saw the status change on Palsapp. Just makes the call a little more important. ?

It sounds like us Michigan guys get our cars driven directly up to us on trucks. You have a second train to deal with, which probably slows things down by another week or two.

Yeah, my Palsapp destination said Birmingham, MO and that was the last time it ever updated any new information. From there, according to the dealer its gone to Decatur, IL to Conway, PA and now Edgemoor, DE.

I've done the same. Funny how when the wait gets shorter it just seems to be longer and longer.

Mine shipped on Oct 4th, no update in palsapp so far. Heading to Michigan.

This is to give more hope to others who haven't seen movement in palsapp or the Ford trackers. My car was shipped 9/28 and "arrived" in KC (showed delivered in palsapp) on 10/18. From there I saw nothing update, but my car showed up at the dealer on 10/22 (confirmed by me, visually). Palsapp hasn't updated a lick and in fact the Ford tracker/seg.fyi still show the car as "In Transit" with no updates at all!

Still waiting to see if they can finish my PPI by this afternoon so I can pick it up. Or then it's back to the grumpy thread...

Car has been in my garage since yesterday afternoon, and it still shows "In Transit" in the Ford trackers. Maybe I can go ask for another one.
