Plug and Charge Not Functioning

That is 5.10.1
I updated mine yesterday and it allowed me to slide it over to turn it off. But now I just tried to test it and turn it on, and it won't do it either. Acts like it's trying for 10 seconds then just stays off. (Or at least shows off, but I'm not 100% sure.)

Still buggy I guess, just like it's been for 2 years. ?

I thought it was 10.5.1 too but it's showing as 5.10.1. And Beta. Not sure if it's Beta for everyone or I've got something leftover from the past. Kinda lost track.

I'm not seeing a way to check the status of plug and charge at connected service on ford.com. I see Blue oval but that is different than p&c.
How did you do it?
I logged in to my account at Ford. Under connected services you should find the BlueOval charge network. As long as you're activated in the network, You should be able to see your status in Plug and Charge, and make changes as you wish.

I logged in to my account at Ford. Under connected services you should find the BlueOval charge network. As long as you're activated in the network, You should be able to see your status in Plug and Charge, and make changes as you wish.
There is nothing about Plug & Charge in my account under Blue Oval Network. It just says BOCN is active. There is only an option to cancel my credit card there. There is a description of P&C there but no indication of whether it's on or off. I've tried it in Chrome and Firefox. There were some posts earlier indicating that there is no longer a way to see the status of P&C at Ford.com.
I guess you're special. Maybe you could show a screenshot of this location at Ford.com.

You know what? I'm seeing the same thing under connected services now that you are. When I last looked a couple weeks ago, there was an on/off selection there for plug and charge. Now there's just a "How to" link that refers us to to Ford Pass and plug and charge in the app. They've changed it. I guess all I know now is that we still need to activate the Blue Oval Network to control plug and charge. Thanks for high lighting the change.

I finally fixed P&C by going into Blue Oval Charging Network under Connected Services and cancelling service. I didn't do anything to my credit card number.
I then reactivated the BOCN. I had to travel to a location with good cell service to get the BOCN to activate. When it activated it fixed my phone.
Ford had no clue and said that an update would fix it.

Did you have any luck with P&C?
Haven't tried it yet, we have a road trip planned next week and I didn't want to risk breaking anything till we get back. I did a quick EA test locally and P&C did work so I'll leave it alone for now.
