Apparently you cannot lock door where you plug in MachE for charging. Seems a bit odd when most cars gas cap doors lock when you lock the car.

Ford ICE vehicles have doors that don't lock, and no gas caps.... Not most, hardly any nowadays.

Do you want them to not steal your electricity?

Funny? No I just figure if some envious person wants to screw with you they could pop open the door and damage the plug or jam something into it.

Not necessary , an Oklahoma credit card will no work on any EV

They could easily pry open any door.

As I said, Ford’s ICE vehicles have a gas door that opens for anyone, and no gas cap.

I think a locking charge port door would just add unnecessary frustration. I’m glad it doesn’t lock.

Yup. My Outlander PHEV’s charge port door locked every time the car locked. I had to pull a fuse to disable it because it drove me nuts and served absolutely no purpose.
