Plug n Charge is now Active

Received a message in Ford Pass app Plug n Charge is now active. I've always had Plug n Charge. Is this something new? Anyone else get this message?

I wish. My Plug and Charge shows off in the app and doesn't give me the option to turn it back on.

Mine has randomly turned off and back on before. It's showing off again in the app today.

I got a notification from the app this morning and was confused as well. I enabled that when I got the car...

I got the "P&C is now active" notification on the 13th. Went into the app (Android) and looked and it shows OFF there, and the toggle is gone now. It was there the week before.

No idea whether it's actually on or off now, and no way to change it either. It used to be selectable in the Ford account via website in the past but I think that went away a year or two ago.

Total mess.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend, we struggled for 30 min. in freezing weather to get the Electrify America charge station to recognize our car ...or even our credit cards. Now we have anxiety about traveling this weekend, esp. since the P&C function has disappeared. Very frustrating.

This sort of thing has us considering a hybrid or gas car for all road trips. Ugh!
