I finally got my windshield replaced about an hour ago. Here's a link to my older threat regarding my initial experience at SafeLite.

Anyways, the second time around was a flawless experience and they were able to replace with an OEM and do the calibration in an hour. The technician complimented Ford on their recalibration process. He said the process went unusually fast and he was able to recalibrate the system by driving only about 250 feet.
The issue he brought up was regarding the glue holding the windshield. He said that the glue lifted right off the frame without any effort and asked me if I had been experiencing any wind noise. I told him that I hadn't, but I will be watching to see if it is quieter on the highway this weekend. He mentioned that this was probably a manufacturing defect. I asked him if the pano roof might be affected and he didn't seem to think so due to the frame for that being different, but couldn't be sure.
The good news is that, due to pins holding the windshield in place, tape is not needed to keep the glass in place while the epoxy cures.
