Interesting, that "exit the car" bit.
I believe that is because the rear doors are entirely electronic and during an update they could potentially not open. The front doors have a manual override so those would always be available.

Hmm..did not know that there are two groups
At least two groups - there may be more. There were the first EA people to be upgraded - I’ve nicknamed them “EA VIP”. They should all have BlueCruise now and PowerUp 2.5.3
The second group I’m aware of (and am a part of) received an email from Ford on Friday, March 18, advising that we “…can still be one of the first to receive the next suite of Ford Power‑Up software updates.”
I haven’t received anything from Ford since that email (except for the generic EA survey today) and was wondering if anyone in the March 18 group (or anyone else, I guess), has started to receive updates.

I’m still here. Last I had was “Horn and Lights”
I’m in EA but nothing yet.

Yes, updates have started rolling out to the March 18th EA group. Not sure how much staggering they're doing in this wave though.

Cool. Thanks. That gives us an idea how long it takes between the email going out and the updates starting. Sounds like it’s about 3 - 4 weeks from receipt of email to the first update going out.

I wouldn't count on that timeline. Things will move faster now

Thanks. I’ve been trying to watch if any of the 18 March group started receiving updates and I did not see any. I may have missed something though.
