It's true. I'm in EA. I got multiple updates per week for a few weeks, after being stuck at 1.7 for forever. Got all the way to 2.4.2 on April 14.... and now I'm stuck again. Being patient since I rarely drive places that would be mapped for BlueCruise, but it sure would be nice to get up to date.

Done. Be aware that 2.4.2 arrived after all the other recent ones (after 2.5.3!) for my vehicle... Likely due to a dealer visit in between 2.4.1 and 2.4.3 but I'm only guessing.

Same with me about 2.4.2, even the dealer visit. I did take the car in last week for them to apply some other updates.

I'm stuck again as well. After the "fix" my car accepted OTA 2.1.0 and that was all. It will not update to 2.3.0 (car failed trying to do that one) or any Startup updates further. I am in the Early Access Program and do not have Blue Cruise either. The car is going in Thursday for "Optional Product Improvement Program 21G01" so hopefully, the OTA updates I am missing will be installed as well as Blue Cruise. I am working with somebody at the Ford Early Access Team and she is trying to get a Ford engineer involved with my case to see what is wrong with my car. She said she was trying to get an on site visit by the engineer; I hope so! Right now I don't get OTA updates via the Internet or over the air when driving. I'd love to have 2.5.2 and/or 2.8.2 but the problem with my car has to be diagnosed first.

Believe me, I'd love to see that but it isn't likely according to my contact at the Early Access Team. They have told me to take the car to the dealer so that's what I am doing.
