Looks like the OP issue is different from mine, in this case the the MME things the charger is always connected, but more a connector switch check over an actual connection.

Update. They completed the swap of the charging port and wires and all the problems went away. All fixed. So if this is your issue this is how to fix it. Reach out to me if you need the details. I can get the information from the dealer.
So I was plugged in to a Level 2 charger at work today, and when I went to run out at lunch, I had the EXACT same issue/error messages in the vehicle and on my FordPass app as you described in your OP. After driving it for a few minutes and then shutting it off, the error code/message in the car went away upon restarting. So it sounds like from this last post that I may have an issue with my charging port? This is unrelated to the TSB?
