Pre-collision Assist stopped working?

Hey, so after I finally received all my OTAs and got BlueCruise working, I've noticed recently that pre-collision assist doesn't seem to be working anymore. I've had a couple incidents where I have come upon a car in front of me, and did not get the beeping warning. Today, I came within probably a foot of another driver and no warning.

Has anyone else noticed something similar? Is there a good SAFE way to test if my pre-collision assist is working?

Concerning if this is true for everyone. Unfortunately, I’m not willing to force a situation that will trigger collision assist, just to see if it’s working on my vehicle.

I was out driving today with Blue Cruise on the highway. Once I was in the exit lane, traffic came to a stop much more quickly than I was expecting. Pre--collision warning/assist came on just like it should have. Did not intend to test in this way, but it worked fine.

boy, I wish I could turn mine off... and have it stay off.

My guess would be that the BlueCruise functionality you are using overides the original setting, but that's just a guess since I don't have or want BC
