Pre-Collison Assist Not Available

I keep getting this message on my 2021 premium mach e 4x, Pre-Collison Assist Not Available. It happens when I drive over bumps on the road. The blue cruse stops working. After 3 to 5 minutes it goes away. I have asked my dealer to service this 3 time. One time they changed the camera. The other two times they did software upgrades. But the issue always comes back.

Any suggestions? Should I file a claim directly with Ford? I have about 31,000 miles on the car. Aside from this issue, I really like the car.

You can't "file a claim" with Ford. You can call, ask for the BEV team, and tell them of your issue. @Ford Motor Company
