Preferred Charge Locations Disappeared

My wife came home today and plugged the car in. I went out to set it to 80% charge as I have always done but it would not set to 80% only 100%. That and it showed some off the wall address as having been charged there which was completely wrong. I deleted the charging location but it still keeps showing in Ford Pass. I deleted the home setting location and when I tried to reset it I could not do it. The car is charging now but I have to babysit it because it will go to 100% and I want 80%. What happened? How do I reset my Home location for charging and get rid of this bogus address showing in Ford Pass? I've had my car since April 2021 and it has worked flawlessly with charging, locations, etc. but now I am stumped on what to do to reset it back to "Home". I know many have said they lost charging locations after 2.4.2 but to the best of my knowledge, I didn't have this update on the car. Any help to reset my "Home" charging location again would be appreciated. @Ford Motor Company please help.

When this happened to me, the location showed up in Sync under Settings< Charge, Charge Locations. I was able to set the charge time and percent there. Eventually, it showed up in the App the next day.

Sadly, I also tried in the car and Sync is not showing any "previous charge locations" however the charge logs definitely do show those. What I am seeing in the car matches what the app shows

I have the same problem here : 2.7.3 was deployed and charge settings/locations were wiped. But I'm unable to add them back. I charged on several locations, but no locations appear in Sync or FordPass.

Welp, one of the 3.5.4x updates recently wiped my charge locations. I had home, work, and a Kaiser I use overnight on occasion all set to 90% limit. And home with midnight to 6am set for best rates.

Same story as others here. Charge logs show "home" and other locations but "previous locations" blank and i can't define any.

Anyone figure out a way to restore? Or is the only way to charge at each once, even though we won't be able to stop it from charging immediately or to 100% the first time?
