Preferred charge settings no longer works

Hello,
The Preferred charge settings no longer works. I have never had an issue until about 4-5 days ago and have not been able to find a fix. Any ideas?

Did you turn off sharing driving data in connected services ?

Did you turn off sharing driving data in connected services ?
Connected services shouldn’t be needed for charge settings to work.

I have seen a few posts on this subject lately. Not saying they are all connected. Not much info given so I would suggest clear out settings in FordPass and car and then just reset them in the car. If that works then give FP another try.

I have seen a few posts on this subject lately. Not saying they are all connected. Not much info given so I would suggest clear out settings in FordPass and car and then just reset them in the car. If that works then give FP another try.
Count me as one, I have a 90% charge limit set for home, no issues in 2 years, last night it charged to 100%,, no updates in the last 2 weeks. The setting had changed itself to 100%, I have now reverted it back.

Just to be clear - you observed the setting in the car to be 100% instead of what you had it set at for your home location?

There are many reports of settings being ignored by the car resulting in it charging to 100%, but this is the first time I’ve heard of the setting itself changing without user action.

There are many reports of settings being ignored by the car resulting in it charging to 100%, but this is the first time I’ve heard of the setting itself changing without user action.
Mine was same as theirs, to 100% this AM and the setting had changed in car to 100%

Correct, if you turn off sharing driving data you lose some of ford pass connectivity.
Tried it , had to turn it back one.

I had this happen after an OTA update. Make sure the location address on the top of Fordpass is the same as on your Home location.

in my case it charged to 100% once and then returned to recognizing the preferred settings. There’s many threads on the forum on this subject.

Yes, it changed all on its own. Then after several attempts to correct, it corrected to Waiting to charge (which is what I usually see when it's working correctly) then it charged to 100% anyway.
