Does anyone know what the "cutoff" was? In other words, when was the last order which will be fulfilled placed?

I emailed them and was told there are 850 orders from Fisker, and I am not on the list.

I called them and received the same message / info. The person that I spoke with also said that their logistics team is not expecting to receive any other order info from Fisker. In short: Fisker took our money but failed to follow through on their end.

Time to dispute the charges!

OK, so since orders after yours have been fulfilled, it's not so much about a "cutoff" as it is about this being as much of a total clusterfisk as everything else Fisker has done.

Did you get charged for shipping? It sounds like some of the early orders didn't get charged.

I'm sure all of the missing orders are in the same desk drawer as all of the missing payments from earlier this year.

Mine was promptly billed (product + shipping.)

After some debate, I think this may actually be an improvement: Before, they were delivering cars and not taking the money. Now, they've moved on to taking the money and delivering nothing, which is pretty much standard procedure for startups!

I disputed mine, Fisker doesn't answer the phone, and apparently is unresponsive to emails. I sent one anyway and got a case number.

So just got a FedEx notification of label for my Fisker wallbox. Ordered on 26th

This is a bummer. I just reached out to Wallbox and received this response:

I just checked our master list and I am not seeing your order. Since you received a confirmation email and order number, we know that the order was received on Fisker's side, but it seems like it hasn't been released to Wallbox yet. In this case, we will need to loop in Fisker to ask them to manually release the order to us so we can process and ship it.

Emailed wallbox and they responded right away saying my order is not on their list from Fisker. I
ordered on 8/26 and they even charged me $25 for shipping...

I guess I'll be contacting Chase to get my money back. Congrats to those who are getting their charger.

I could totally see them selling more than they have in stock because nobody is keeping track.

Looks like I was right, they only had 850 to sell but didn't put a stock limit on their website. So once the original 850 were spoken for, they kept allowing orders and now you're SOL if you didn't make the list. They should refund all the extra orders, but they're Fisker...

While you may be right , my order was on 8/26 and I see some people that ordered on 8/24 or 25 wall box states they have no order for them. So I assume they just randomly selected the orders? My order now has a label.
