Someone else posted a question like this recently. I'll post my same reply. I installed a CURT Class 3 Trailer Hitch on my 2021, and use a heavy-duty double 1up bike rack to haul two ebikes (mountain bikes). It all works great, no problems.

A properly installed hitch (attached with two bolts each to both the side frame rail members and the rear crossframe member) will carry the weight of your carrier and e-bikes with capacity to spare and no sag. A certain amount of "wiggle" is normal because clearance is designed into the mating of the hitch receiver and carrier arm to account for heat expansion and debris and/or debris in the receiver. Always use the threaded fixing bolt delivered with your bicycle carrier or a high-quality hitch lock to secure the carrier to the hitch.
I've installed numerous hitches for bicycle carriers on numerous cars over the years. I recommend the Torklift model for the Mach-E, which is US-made, with a stainless steel receiver, is very strong and designed for the Mach-E. Here is the Torklift install video: . I don't work for Torklift or have any economic interest in the company.
I do not recommend using a U-Haul hitch or installation service by U-Haul.
