Range changes ;)

My kWh is running between 3.5 to a touch over 4. This is a big increase from 2.5-2.8.

Do I have the wrong battery?

Sorry...could not resist a lighthearted jacka** post.

The weather has been phenomenal in the Chicago area the past few days, and it's been a joy seeing the efficiency of the battery pack increase noticeably as a result. Now that I have all of these extra electrons, it'll just mean my goal is to drive in a way to get it back to 2.5 again.

Hope that many others who have had an improvement in weather are enjoying the improved efficiency and loving an amazing vehicle!

In the winter you managed 3.5? All city driving I'd guess? Or a devout follower of the Lee-Winter-Tips ?

Seriously, wow. Nice increase In efficiency! I’m still in the mid to high 2s for the most part. I let my ACC do most of the acceleration too. ?‍?

No - Just over the past week or so, as the weather warmed considerably.

During the winter, I tended to hang around 2.7/2.8, with occasional dips to 2.4/2.5.

I did pre-condition whenever possible, kept the temperature at 68, fan on Auto (level 1) and drove reasonably.

Admittedly, most of my driving during the warmer weather has been local, but with ACC/BC I can still get closer to 3 most of the time - but the temps have been at or near 70F-75F, so I'm in the butter zone for the time being.
